We were brought in by a young family to turn their spec home into something truly memorable. This new build–that got the “white box” treatment before being sold–was desperately lacking the warmth and personality of a well-designed home.

We built out a custom faux fireplace with a vintage marble surround and arched niche shelves that added instant character and anchored the living room. Wallpaper and limewash paint were added to key spaces to create depth and texture.

We fully furnished this home with custom pieces, vintage accents, local art, and window treatments to give it those lived-in layers our work is known for.
